I missed these last Christmas, but on the bright side, you now 353 days to build these paper toys in time for this year's Christmas!
Wayne and Lanny are two of Santa Claus' Christmas Elves working with the Prep & Landing division to ensure that the delivery of all the presents goes smoothly (or at least they try...)
There are "regular" and "cutie" paper toy versions of Wayne and Lanny, and is it just me or do the "cutie" versions look suspiciously like Tingle, the wannabe-fairy from the Legend of Zelda series...? ;o)
